What a classic Ford sells for at auction

The sale rooms see about 514 a year and 69% of the cars offered find a buyer. The Escort is the one that comes up most often, with 301 sales on record at a median of £5,000. The highest result is £493,821, paid for an Escort RS200 in August 2023.
In 2025 the median classic Ford sold for £9,939 across 680 sales, much where it was in 2024. In real terms, typical classic Ford prices were down about 58% over the five years to 2025, once inflation is accounted for.
